The references to Lost in the TV show 30 Rock have become so extensive that it’s hard to conceive that there isn’t some sort of hidden meaning behind them. The most common theme between the two shows is Kenneth the Page, who on multiple occasions has referenced Jacob from Lost, as seen in this clip:
This is an obvious reference not only to Jacob, but also to Richard Alpert, who is a character on Lost who never seems to age a day, and is a devout follower of Jacob’s. It is revealed in season 6 of Lost that Alpert follows Jacob because he is the one who made him immortal in the first place. In 30 Rock Kenneth makes many references to being age-less, and the fact that the reason may be Jacob’s blessing would be an amazing crossover. I for one will consider it canon, and would love to see this reference written in to the finale of 30 Rock somehow.

My personal favorite reference to Lost on 30 Rock is when Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan) is telling Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) that he is getting a private island reasong that every A-List celebrity has one. He names Celine Dion, Nicholas Cage and Charles Widmore as people who own islands.
In another episode Twofer and Frank are watching the movie “The Exorcist”. Jenna asks them: “So, this all started when their plane crashed?” Twofer responds “No, that’s Lost.” Jenna then says “Oh, right. You know, I met JJ Abrams once. And I don’t know what this means, but he said the Island is just Hurley’s dream.”
Here is a video that include almost all the other references to Lost in the show:
