As a TV show, 30 Rock constantly comments on different parts of culture and society. Liz Lemon often comments on aspects of society expects. However, the show comments on everything, including Star Wars and muppets. Through using Kenneth, a Page that is often made to seem simple and naïve, characters such as jack Donaghy, Liz Lemon, and Tracy Jordan are put into muppet form. It begins by Jack saying he would like to see how Kenneth sees things, but he doesn’t because he can only see how he sees things. After watching the episode recently and talking with someone about it, there is a Muppet version of 30 Rock. It is interesting that it has to be Kenneth that brings in the muppet aspect and that everything comes across as simpler and happier, except for the way Liz moves down the hall at the end. Kenneth is often made fun of in a way for the things he believes and this version of the episode that integrates muppet-like characters continues that notion that Kenneth is is simple person because of his background and his life before he was a Page.
